ICAN’s Accessibility Policy

ICAN takes great measures and resources to deliver the accessible, equal and respective service for our clients. In compliance with the 1998 Disability Equality Law, we have adjusted our services and facilities to be equally accessible for every person.

Accessible Facilities Plan

Here is the Accessible Facilities Plan at the clients reception area of the Sapir Tower, Tuval St 40, 23rd floor in Ramat Gan:

  • Handicapped parking spaces (paid), including spaces for high cars
  • The building is accessible all the way from the parking to the reception and customer service areas
  • Wheelchair accessible customer service department
  • Assistive listening devices, such as “digital hearing aid” for the hearing impaired
  • Wheelchair accessible bathrooms in the lobby and different floors of the building
  • Identification and direction signs
  • Service animals accompanying dissable persons are allowed at the reception area
  • When needed, customer care representatives are available to assist in forms filling

  • Employee training for accessible service – employees participate in disability services training and awareness courses
  • Accessible Customer Service Line – voice recordings are delivered clearly without any background music

Accessible Website

Our accessible website enables a convenient usage for the elderly and dissabled at the same level of a regular website user. About 20%-25% of the population experience difficulties with the internet usage. Based on a research conducted by Microsoft in 2003, accessible websites provide usage opportunities for this group.

ICAN believes that net neutrality and equal website usage for various disabilities at a company is a must. We conritbute for accessible service with technological aid.
